After her higher education in Sri Lanka she served as a mathematics teacher in several schools. Then proceeded to Bahrain and worked for 30 years in several fields. After which she studied Astrology from Indian Astrologers for a period of 11 years. And her suraguru International Astrologycal magazine was published their after. This magazine was recognized throughout several countries. In this magazine she predicted the Tsunami disaster also 2004 October 2nd at ITN and several other accurate predictions were made In the magazine also several other accurate prediction were made by her.
